**** THIS IS A SEASONAL POSITION **** (this is a temporary position to last throughout the Summer Season until the end of September 2012)

Night Supervisor (Seasonal) -- South Lake Tahoe, CA

Position Summary:
The Seasonal Night Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing evening activities on property during the summer months, including pool and beach areas, parking lot areas and other guest service areas. This position will assist in ensuring property is clean and orderly, and guest services are at optimum levels.

Position Responsibilities:

?Perform property walk-troughs throughout shift, ensuring property is kept in orderly fashion and guests services are running at optimum high-quality levels.
?Coordinates with on-site security any concerns relating to security issues, including potential noise issues and any other safety/security issues.
?Communicates with Guest Services Manager and General Manager on a daily basis regarding operational challenges and any issues on property. Will compose a nightly report of activity.
?In the absence of the General Manager and Guest Services Manager, this position is responsible for the efficient functioning of all night staff on property.
?Receives a nightly check-list of duties and assignments, as well as groups in-house and other areas of concentration for each evening.
?Performs hourly walk-troughs of all beach pool areas, ensuring that only guests and owners are using Lakeland Village property and facilities. Coordinates any challenges with on-site Security.
?Performs hourly walk-troughs of all parking lot, hallway, tennis court, and other property areas, ensuring that only guests and owners are using Lakeland Village property and facilities.
?Assists evening staff in housekeeping, guest services, banquets, and beach house as needed.
?Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications:
?High School degree/diploma or equivalent hospitality experience.
?5 or more years of experience in Hospitality.
